Occupational Therapy is a registered health profession that focuses on improving functioning (or "occupational performance") in daily life by helping people overcome barriers to doing things that are important and meaningful to them.

Our occupational therapy services focus on supporting school-aged children and adults living with attentional challenges that are impacting their ability to function in key roles.

Occupational therapy consultations and psychosocial (psychotherapy) services are provided in ways that integrate of attachment theory, sensory processing, polyvagal theory, and developmental theories throughout the lifespan.

Services for children will include parent consultations to support parents developing skills in meeting their children's unique sensory, emotional, and functional needs.

ONLINE sessions can be booked using the online scheduler. IN-PERSON sessions need to be scheduled at the end of a previous appointment or by phoning to book.
